The Challenge
With three warehouses across the UAE, the client was manually processing orders, reconciling inventory, and communicating with their 3PL provider by email. A 15% error rate was causing customer complaints, and the operations team was overwhelmed. Scaling was impossible without fixing the foundation.
Our Solution
We built a central automation layer that connects Shopify (orders), their ERP (inventory), and their 3PL logistics provider (fulfilment). Orders trigger automatic warehouse routing based on stock levels and proximity. Low-stock alerts fire before items run out. Every step is logged and visible in a live ops dashboard.
