Directors who contact Tax Debts are often under time pressure: an HMRC demand, a frozen bank account or a winding up petition with days to respond. The firm needed a website that sends each visitor straight to the right help, and one system for advisors to call, message and follow up every enquiry without juggling separate tools.
Our Solution
We built a website that routes visitors by situation (HMRC letter, frozen account, court petition, payment plan) into the right service page and a free consultation. Behind it we built a custom CRM with company and contact records, a built-in dialer, WhatsApp messaging, automations for follow-up, analytics, and AI that runs locally so sensitive client data stays on the firm's own infrastructure.
