The Challenge
Paul Granelli is an independent master jeweller with a workshop and shop on Bramhall Lane South. Customers buying an engagement ring want to trust who they buy from and see pieces in person, so the website needed to show that trust quickly and get people booking an appointment.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site around the customer's decision: an appointment button in the header and hero, trust points up front (since 1983, GIA certified diamonds, Google rating, made in our own workshop), and clear sections by occasion β engagement, wedding and eternity rings, diamond jewellery, pre-owned watches and bespoke.
What we delivered
Appointment booking available from every page
Trust signals (heritage, GIA certification, reviews) visible above the fold
Collections organised by occasion so visitors find the right ring quickly
Workshop story and bespoke service presented to set the shop apart from chains
Built with modern tools
