The Challenge

A beloved Parisian bistro group ran 14 locations on a patchwork of five different POS systems, three delivery aggregators, and a website that couldn't talk to any of them. Rush-hour kitchens were chaos — mismatched tickets, duplicate orders, missed modifiers. Uber Eats and Deliveroo were eating 28-34% of every delivered order. The group was profitable but bleeding at the margins.

Our Solution

We built a unified platform covering front-of-house POS, kitchen display systems (KDS), direct online ordering, aggregator sync (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat), and a built-in loyalty program. Real-time menu and inventory sync across all 14 locations, course-timed kitchen tickets, integrated Stripe Terminal and SumUp, and a loyalty system that only rewards direct orders.
