The Challenge
A collection of 24 independent Moroccan hotels was losing 18-22% of every booking to OTA commissions. Each property ran disconnected reservation systems, pricing was inconsistent across channels, and guests had no unified way to discover or cross-book within the collection. The group needed to reclaim direct bookings without the cost of enterprise PMS software.
Our Solution
We built a multi-tenant booking platform with a guest-facing marketplace (English, French, Arabic) and a back-office for each hotel to manage inventory, rates, and packages. Real-time availability sync with existing PMS systems, Stripe + local payment methods, automated guest communications, and a loyalty program that only works on direct bookings. SEO-optimized per-property pages target Moroccan and European traveler keywords.
